Elliot has been taking business calls at his birthday parties since he was three.

At 14 and nine months, he got a job at Boost Juice in Bondi Beach. It didn’t last long, because the branch was shut down after the franchisee was found to be embezzling money.

His first job in advertising was at One Green Bean, where he spent four years, two of them working on Coca-Cola. He then landed his dream job at Qantas in their in-house social media team. That also didn’t last long, because the pandemic started.

He then joined a small startup called Eucalyptus, where he spent the next five years helping grow their production function.

Elliot now runs Oddity, a nimble production company that helps in-house teams at brands and agencies scale their video output.

He still takes a lot of business calls on his birthday.
